Nutrition labeling is in each meal will tell you all about this food. For some of this information is not as easy to read. Fear not, because it is easier than you think.
Portion
This quantity is how many people are food based. Elements have the same food portion sizes, which makes it easier to compare two foods in the same class.

This indicates how the food fits into a 2,000 calorie diet. This will help you to understand if the food contains much or little of the important nutrients.
The central section
Nutrients that are in the list in the middle, are the ones that are most important for your health. This information can help you calculate your daily limit of fat, fiber, sodium and other nutrients.
Vitamins & Minerals
The percentage of daily value is exactly the same as the allocation of U.S. recommended daily allowance of vitamins and minerals.
Now that you know, what does the label actually will be very easy to eat healthily. Eating healthy is good - especially if you use nutrition information to help them in their choice of food
