Some Ways to Know Feelings

Try to accept the fact that you will hold nearly every attitude at some time, even toward the people closest to you. Try to identify physical and verbal signs of how you feel. Understand that if you have a feeling you don’t have to act on it. Don’t set your sights on becoming a person who’s never afraid. Be especially careful not to misrepresent your attitudes when trying to justify a decision. Any act you are ashamed of provides some motivation for you not to know how you feel. Don’t mistrust feelings because you can’t account for them. Discuss your feelings only with people you trust. Don’t pretend to be broad-minded as a way of avoiding the discomfort of being angry. Drugs and tranquilizers. Beware the extensive use of distract ants.
